Penalty Charge Notice Receiced 2 Months Late

Hope some one can help. I received 2 penalty charge notices for cutting into a bus lane back in October whilst visiting my Mum in hospital who has now passed away. I've not disputed these and paid them promptly, each charge was £35.
On the 6th December I received letter for an unpaid PCN that appears to be for a 3rd PCN charge for arround the same period (12/10/2024) which I'd not previously received any correspondence for asking for £70 dated the 3rd December. When I logged on to the Birmingham City Council website quoting this number the charge had increased to £105.

I'd not receive any previous notification of this  PCN, if i'd received it I would have paid immediately as I had done with the previous charges.

I'm not disputing the the traffic violation, obviously my head wasn't in the right place at the time. I’m happy to pay the
charge, but would like to do so at the £35 as I would have paid promptly (as I did for the other 2 charges).

Any suggestions on how to handle this as I dont want the charge to increase further and I can't speak to anyone at Birmingham City Council.

Many Thanks
Clive

As this is council, not private, I strongly suggest that you take your query over to the FTLA parking forum website and post in the correct section there, after reading their posting requirements first
