Faulty ebike - time to repair by Tredz

My electric mountain bike developed a fault the day before the six month mark of me receiving it. I reported it immediately (or as immediate as possible after having to make the ten mile journey home without power...) and dropped it off with them two days later.
I was told it could take up to four weeks to fix, but it's now been five with the last update from them being they're struggling to get ahold of Bosch.
I'm looking for a sanity check on how long I should reasonably be expected to wait before kicking up a fuss. Another week? Two?
