Monument App - Android Tablet

I have a phone running android 10 and a tablet running android 11. The app works on the phone but not the tablet. CS told me the minimum requirement was android 8.1 and they don't recommend using a tablet but couldn't tell me why the app is deemed "not compatible with your device" by play store despite running a newer OS. Does anyone have this app running on an android tablet?

Logging in via the app only requires a pin number (no biometrics etc.) so I am failing to understand why the tablet is incompatible.

According to their FAQ's it says App can only be installed on one device at a time.

Haven't installed, but it says it is compatible with my tablet running 64-bit Android. So is it a lack of compatibility with the 32-bit OS, like the Chase app?

I thought this was it but it appears my phone is also 32 bit so unless they support 32 bit for phones but not tablets, then it probably isn't the answer.

The purpose was for a different person. Unfortunately the installed app is linked to the user so cannot have more than one user account linked to it.
