You've asked three questions there. At least two of them are answered in that Notice you have shown us.za1ntc said:What date do I have until to fill this questionnaire ? How is best to fill it ? How best to send it ?
1. What date do I have until to fill this questionnaire ?
The sentence starting IT IS ORDERED THAT states you have seven days from the date of service of that order to file a DQ.
The date of service of that notice five days after the date of issue of that Notice.
The Notice was issued on 14th February 2025 so the date of service is 19th February.
Seven days from 19th February takes you to 26th February as your DQ filing deadline.
2. How is best to fill it ?
Why not just follow the guidance in the checklist in the opening post of the template Defence thread?
3. How best to send it ?
That Notice tells you exactly how to send it - giving three alternatives. Suggest you choose the email option and remember to send a copy to the Claimant.
Firstly you miss your Defence filing deadline, then you fail to file a Directions Questionnaire within the allotted timescale.
Perhaps you need to start looking forward and thinking about a Witness Statement and gathering evidence.2 -
All of this is covered in the 'first 12 steps' in the Template Defence thread, with further N180 DQ guidance in the NEWBIES thread 2nd post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The 12 steps thread refers me simply to the newbies thread 2nd post, and the newbies thread 2nd post, doesnt show me how to answer the questionaire, or am i missing something? Could you link me to which post you are talking about? on the newbies 2nd post i can only see a link to a thread saying there are new questions in the questionaiire, I'm looking for a guide on how to answer all the questions within the N180 DQ. Thank you0

There isn't one. It's a straightforward form; only the new questions (e.g. D1) require template help.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

dq sent to both cnbc and dcblegal, next step is months away now right? or sooner?0

You have to file a directions questionnaire. You can download an editable pdf from the website https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/county-court-forms Fill it in and email it to the email address on that order, the dq.cnbc one.Usually it's the parking operators who don't file a DQ on time. You must comply with court deadlines for filing documents.

I have done this earlier on today sent to both cnbc and dcb legal. I am asking how long will it take until the next step which I think is a mediation call?Captain_Starlet said:You have to file a directions questionnaire. I posted a DQ back to CNBC end of September last year and got a mediation date for third week in November.1

I negotiated during the phone call mediation and they accepted £20 instead of the £300+ original demands, I think they probably would have accepted £0 and closed the case if I hung on and said I would pay nothing and see them in court. Thank you for the help to everyone, brilliant conclusion. I’m never paying a silly fine like this ever again.3

Yay, that's a win! Anything less than the £35 court fee is a win. Congrats!za1ntc said:I negotiated during the phone call mediation and they accepted £20 instead of the £300+ original demands, I think they probably would have accepted £0 and closed the case if I hung on and said I would pay nothing and see them in court. Collecting on individual cases doesn't appear to matter to DCB Legal. This MO doesn't seem compatible with the rules for fair processing of DVLA data.
