Insurance company sending out a contractor to inspect work following claim, should I be worried?

I had a pipe leak in my house which leaked through to the floor below damaging the walls & ceiling. I got the works completed before contacting the insurance (I know now that this was the wrong way to do things). I submitted all the evidence etc to the insurance company but I’ve just been told that they are sending a contractor out to “assist” with the claim.
In my head this makes sense as they probably just need to verify what was done and ensure that I’ve not overpaid, but do I have anything to worry about here? Is there anything I need to do for this? And as the work has been done, what are they likely to do?
Sorry for all the questions, I’ve never claimed on insurance before so it’s all a bit intense. Thanks!

It's fairly normal to send someone out - though usually to confirm that the work needs doing, the price I've choosen is right and it was not my fault.I've found them perfectly reasonable and pleasant,
I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
viral kindness .....kindness is contageous pass it on
The only normal people you know are the ones you don’t know very well
