UKCPS Ltd - Online appeal form not useable.

Hello
I got a NtK from UKCPS after overstaying in a retail park in Skegness. I've enacted Plan A to the site owner and retailers. I've also tried to appeal (blue template) as the RK to the PPC via the website on the back of the NtK but it doesn't work. There's no way to select 'reason' so it appears to have defaulted to 'my car has been nicked' and is asking for, amongst other things, my card details.
Naturally, if I were a little old lady I'd be concerned that this is some kind of scam, especially since my first attempts to visit the appeals page resulted in 'this site is not secure' warnings.
Am I expected to post my appeal to them like in the olden days, or is there someone I can complain to about the lack of a functioning online appeals process?
Thanks in advance.

I'm confused. How would the company remain in business if it ripped up an invoice every time the recipient "appealed" it?

Who cares? It's nasty old ex-clampers UKCPS and the sooner the worst operators go out of business the better, IMHO.

Plan A didn't work, Aldi were the most helpful but I couldn't provide a receipt. All the other shops fobbed me off with a 'it's not our car park'.
Anyway, I received a few letters from Trace Debt Recovery in March and a few from Moorside Legal culminating in a 'respond within 30 days' Letter of Claim in mid May.
      I've not heard anything since.

But plan A in a mixed store retail park isn't asking the retailers.

It's complaining to the retail park agents whose name either appears at the entrance on a post/sign (NOT THE PARKING FIRM'S SIGN) or can be found when googling the place.

I thought it was worth a try, and it lets the retailers know about my displeasure. I also phoned and emailed the retail park owners but there has been no answer. My next plan is to write to their office as well as the director's of the said company.
Thanks again for all your hard work.

Don't miss this though: FIGHTBACK ALERT:

Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.

    See this thread:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6617396/parking-code-of-practice-consultation-now-extended-closes-friday-26th-september/p1

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.

I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

    CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.
