How do I combine postage on Best Offers please?

Hi,
I have a buyer who has made offers on a few of my items and, understandably, wants me to combine postage which I’m happy to do.
With an auction format I know I can send one invoice for all items but, as the buyer has to pay immediately for best offer items, I am unable to do that.
So how do I combine postage for Best Offers please? And how do I print off just one label and tracking for all items?
I’ve not accepted the offers yet.
I am a private seller.

If eBay are doing the immediate payment required on offers then you can’t anymore. However what I do on my private sales is refund the excess postage after payment and let the buyer know this is the only way of doing it. Now that there is no FVFs, you lose nothing by doing it that way. I also make sure I use eBay messages to make it clear, should there be any issues that all items are being sent together.

Then when I buy my eBay label I immediately, and it must be immediate, add the same tracking number to all items. If you’re quick you can do that, if you delay then you get the error message that the tracking has already been applied to another order.
