Certification of Divorce Decree

I have a photocopy of my divorce decree but need it certifying by a solicitor or notary, I have received a quoted of £220 to get it certified and apostilled. Extra cost to then post it to me. I then have to have it translated into Portuguese, with 5 other documents.  Does anyone know of a less expensive firm?  Thank you

If you google on 'cost to certify and apostille document' you'll find some cheaper options.
