Applied and got another card- £3800.  Think it's £3800 on 0% purchase.   I need £5400 to get freehold.  Can I pay using these two and my £1200 Barclay card?

Maybe, you would need to check with whoever you are paying, have you even checked with who you are paying that they will accept credit card payment?

One other thing - this may be deemed a 'cash' transaction and would not therefore qualify as a purchase at 0%.
