Terms & Conditions

· The prize is one Butlin’s family break for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children)to stay in a gold apartment or a hotel (Bognor Regis resort only).

· The winner can add additional guests to the booking, subject to availability at the time of booking. The costs for any additional guests would be fully covered by the winner.

· The break will be for a 3-night (Fri-Mon) or 4-night (Mon-Fri) break taken between date 27 January 2025 – 19 December 2025 (one year validity). For the avoidance of doubt, the prize is a new booking, meaning a winner cannot claim back the cost of a booking already made.

· The prize includes All Inclusive drinks packages, premium dining and Early Access VIP for the duration of your stay.

· Prize excludes, travel and other related expenses but does include selected entertainment and activities.

· The prize must be booked by date 12 February 2025 (one month from being contacted as the winner). A winner can add additional guests to the booking, subject to availability at the time of booking. The costs for any additional guests would be fully covered by the winner.

· The competition will start at 00:00 on 9 December 2024 and will be closed at 00:00 on 5 January 2025. Entries received after that date and time will not be counted. Entries that don’t meet criteria will be discarded.

· The prize draw winners will be contacted before 12 January 2025 by a Butlin’s representative. The winners will be contacted by email and will need to provide contact information for the purpose of communication regarding the prize.

· All dates, break options and accommodation are subject to availability. Butlin’s reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Butlin’s’ control makes it necessary to do so.

· Winner must be lead guest and be present on arrival. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

· For family breaks anyone under 18 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 25 in the same unit of accommodation. Maximum prize value £1,000.

· Booking and staying at a Butlin’s resort will be subject to Butlin’s terms and conditions, see butlins.com/terms.

· The prize draw is not open to employees or agencies of Butlin’s, their group companies or family members or anyone who is professionally associated with this promotion.

· The decision of Butlin’s regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

· Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Butlin’s reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

· Butlin’s reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
