Lovely sellers

I’ve decided, as a buyer, that there’s lots of really lovely eBay sellers out there.  I made a lowish offer on some posh skincare products which was accepted.  I contacted the seller to thank her for accepting my offer and explained that it was going to be a raffle prize at our pensioners Christmas party.  She responded and said she’d put some extra things in.

wasnt that lovely? :)

I've been an eBay user for a long time. Over the years, I have been to many people's homes to collect the items I have bought; appliances, furniture, gym equipment, parts for cars and for my boat, etc. Without exception, they have been honest, friendly and just really nice people. It gives me hope for the future.

It really resonates - there are so many nice people out there.  It's one of those things like smiling at others - it really is contagious!!!

Sometimes it’s the smallest things that bring joy.  Last Spring we were shopping in our local supermarket.  I was feeling a bit miserable as I had just had a B12 jab and they can be particularly painful.  When we left a little girl, no more than 3 or 4 came up to me and gave me a daffodil then skipped back to her mother.  She turned round and gave me a wave and sweet smile.  I waved back and suddenly felt happy.  I took the daffodil home and put it into my prettiest vase and whenever I looked at it I smiled. :)

I would totally agree with that; 99.9% of the sellers I've dealt with have been absolutely super and quite often send a sweet little note with their item ( also messaging me when they actually post my purchase.)

I've also had postage refunded with having to request it; which is very honest of them and quite refreshing these days.
