With Nationwide hiking flexplus from £13 a month to £18, are there better value packaged accounts around?

Define better, versus simply cheaper.FIREDreamer said:With Nationwide hiking flexplus from £13 a month to £18, are there better value packaged accounts around?
e.g. Club Lloyds Platinum is dearer than the Silver account, but the included travel insurance covers up to age 80 rather than 65.
It rather depends on what exactly is included, and what's important to you.1 -
The basic answer is yes, but in order to fully establish what to suggest, you need to consider what you need:FIREDreamer said:With Nationwide hiking flexplus from £13 a month to £18, are there better value packaged accounts around?
Travel insurance? If so, do you travel outside Europe?
Roadside assistance? If so, do you require Onward Travel? Do you particularly value AA or RAC cover or will any suffice?
Mobile insurance? Gadget insurance?
For all the above, do you want just the policyholders to be insured or the whole family?0
