Good Luck! I have also had difficulty with buyers pulling out due to a supposed flood risk on my property. There are companies that will build flood models for you and challenge the flood mapping. It can cost thousands though. I'm not sure if the flood mapping is done by the EA. The mapping for the Groundsure reports that solicitors get in your searches is done by Ambiental Analytics. I'm not sure about the model underlying the government flood map, but I think it's different. (I got 2 different answers on a property I'm buying!)0
