Hastings Direct have asked me to fill in a claim logging form again - I filled it in first thing today and sent it back to them - I did it again at 11am and have heard absolutely nothing since then !!Hastings are not exactly being quick with my claim - I started the claim 72 hours ago !

OK Claim accepted on BOTH home emergency policy AND normal insurance policy !!I am using home emergency since there is no excess to pay and also, it doesn't affect NCD !The process of using normal policy is way to long and involves a home survey too !
