Composite door leaking at the bottom

Hello, normally our front door is fairly sheltered as we have a small overhanging porch, but with the storm the door is getting battered with rain, and some is coming through into the hall.
I've enclosed some photos - I've cleared the two drainage holes but don't think it is those that are the issue as that area isn't full of water, when I open the door the bottom of the door is covered in big drops of water - there is a drip bar though
water seems to be coming down through that and then coming into the hall

I have a similar to this, but I cannot see where the water is getting in. Yours does look like it's getting in at the bottom. It does have a drip bar, does does it do the job?
