Retiling roof.

I'm trying to get some sort of idea of the cost of replacing tiles, battens and felting a pitched roof.  I appreciate that access etc all comes into the equation but just looking for a guide per square metre.  The house is nearly 90 years old and the roof wasn't felted.  About 30 years ago the tiles were sprayed underneath to avoid any slippage and water ingress.  This isn't done to the depth of modern foam insulation but it would obviously be a hell of a job to clean the tiles to reuse.
The property is a standard 30's semi with pitched, hip roof.  I haven't yet attempted to work out the area.  Any guidance would be appreciated.

What sort of tiles are they? These a big difference in price between single and double lap tiles.

If you where wanting to re-use the tiles it would be time consuming but not too difficult to remove foam.

Set up a little production line, a galvanised bucket filled with Nitromors (or similar), steep tile in that then transfer to another galvinised bucket of clear water and wash down then stack so you can hose down each side.

Correct PPE would be a must to do this.

Not sure and I'm not going out in this weather to check :)  Can you provide a guide for both?

Single lap are bigger like Redland +49's, and double lap are smaller, such as Rosemarys. You're probably looking at around £150-£300 per metre.
There's more work with the smaller tiles.

Photo of the roof tiles.  Actually the neighbours house and ours are in better condition.

They are double lap tiles, so more work than the larger single lap.
    Have you got any leaks?

No leaks.  Just wondering at this point due to possible issues if we needed to move and have the underspray.  How much the property value would be affected compared to cost of replacing the tiles, battens and felting.
