Cancellation of Interrail pass

I've recently purchased a digital Interral Global Pass (10 days in 2 months) from myinterrail.co.uk. I've added the pass to the Rail Planner app but it hasn't been activated yet.
I'm now thinking of cancelling the pass, their terms allow for this but with a 15% charge for doing so. However, I wonder if I can cancel under the CCRs as it's less than 14 days since purchase?
There is no specified date for starting the service, but it has to be before November 2025.
CCR Part 3, 28(1)(h) excludes "the supply of accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance" but I'm unsure whether passenger train travel falls in this paragraph, and if it does whether "period of performance" applies to my situation. Or would it be covered elsewhere in the regs?
Thanks in advance for any help in clarifying the position for me.

As more than half of the 14 days from the purchase date have now gone without any comments I thought I'd bump it to the top of the board in case that gets it seen by anyone who may have missed it earlier. I've also specifically added in @the_lunatic_is_in_my_head as they seem to be particularly well versed in the detail of the Act.

I'm not sure if if this would be classed this as "services related to leisure activities" as the purpose of a train journey is non-specific and could reasonably be be for non-leisure.
Other than that I can't see any limits in our regs that would limit the right to cancel for a train ticket, I don't know if rail travel is covered by separate legislation which overrides the CCRs.
Might be worth stating you are exercising your right to cancel, whilst citing the regs to question the 15% and see what their excuse is.
Perhaps worth a post here for further clarification:

@the_lunatic_is_in_my_head thanks for your contribution, I'll take up your suggestion to post on Railforums.

With a little more digging, the right to cancel is covered in part 3 of the CCRs and there are some contract types included in the CCRs but excluded from just part 3:
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/regulation/27/madeApplication of Part 3(2) This Part does not apply to contracts to the extent that they are—(c)for passenger transport services.
So it appears the right to cancel unfortunately doesn't apply to a train ticket. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces2 -

Yes, the same clause was posted in the reply I got on Railforums so it looks like I'm out of luck on this. It was also pointed out there that it's possible to pay a little extra to make an Interrail pass fully refundable so I must have missed that option when I was buying.

No, I bought after the offer came into force so the pass was 25% off.
