Successful complaint- County Oak Retail Park Crawley and GroupNexus

Plan A a success 🥳
PCN via post for overstaying by 40 minutes at county oak retail park. Initial appeal failed. Went into all stores visited and spoke to the managers (most not overly helpful), only one took PCN details and agreed to email/complain on my behalf (don't know if they did!!), also emailed Savills who are named on the car park signage.
Received email responses quickly and found out it was cancelled via a letter confirmation within a week. I don't know if it was a manager complaint or my email to savills that worked but I suspect Savills.
I used he help of bing copilot to write a firm and angry complaint. Included proof of purchases from multiple stores and also screenshot of Google timeline history proving the driver is a fairly frequent visitor.
Email address that I complained to at Savills was smrcarparking@savills.com
