    As the case is over, the Claim Number really doesn't matter a jot and doesn't identify you to any forum reader!

    I've tried to keep the evidence as 'pure' as possible, so if @Needhelp3074 can help me and let us see the N279, I'd feel more comfortable counting the discontinuance in.

    Your image was removed (so cover the claim number even though it seems pointless with a case that is over!) but it's actually N279 - the attachment/back - that we need please, not the letter/email this time.

    Hi all! I hope I'm ok to add to this thread. @Umkomaas @Coupon-mad I have an ongoing case. I filed the Defence and the Court has now said that because DCB failed to respond within 28 days to confirm the matter is proceeding, the matter is stayed. Its up to DCB if they want to apply to lift the stay or leave the matter open indefinitely.  I have the option to apply for strike out. Would you recommend doing this (I know there's a fee) and seeking costs for unreasonable conduct? Or just wait?
