As the case is over, the Claim Number really doesn't matter a jot and doesn't identify you to any forum reader!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's the N279 that dcb Legal sent you that's needed.Umkomaas said:either a redacted copy of the court email, or your Notice of Discontinuation then I'll count your case in the DCB Legal Discontinuation thread of shame. Well done on seeing them off.3 -
I've tried to keep the evidence as 'pure' as possible, so if @Needhelp3074 can help me and let us see the N279, I'd feel more comfortable counting the discontinuance in.Coupon-mad said:

Your image was removed (so cover the claim number even though it seems pointless with a case that is over!) but it's actually N279 - the attachment/back - that we need please, not the letter/email this time.Needhelp3074 said:(Image removed by Forum Team) Thanks again to everyone for all of your help and support, very much appreciated.

Thank you @Needhelp3074 for the copy of your NoD. I can now get this counted in the DCBL Legal thread of shame. 👍Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi all! I hope I'm ok to add to this thread. @Umkomaas @Coupon-mad I have an ongoing case. I filed the Defence and the Court has now said that because DCB failed to respond within 28 days to confirm the matter is proceeding, the matter is stayed. Its up to DCB if they want to apply to lift the stay or leave the matter open indefinitely. I have the option to apply for strike out. Would you recommend doing this (I know there's a fee) and seeking costs for unreasonable conduct? Or just wait?
Many thanks in advance!
