UPDATE - following a Subject Access Request (SAR), it would appear that a social media post I made last week was the catalyst for getting someone competent (and with some common sense) to actually look at my complaint and the detailed evidence re: photos, backbiling calculations, and confirm that after a +4yr battle, that I am 100% correct in my complaint. There are still remedies that I've asked to be implement - but this is the most progress in years! A £12,500 debit has turned into a +£3,000 credit (minus interest and other charges).5

For all the bad press that social media gets, it can be extremely useful as well. I have also used it in similar ways, although not quite to the effect that you have achieved. Well done.eflatmajor7 said:UPDATE - following a Subject Access Request (SAR), it would appear that a social media post I made last week was the catalyst for getting someone competent (and with some common sense) to actually look at my complaint and the detailed evidence re: photos, backbiling calculations, and confirm that after a +4yr battle, that I am 100% correct in my complaint.
