Hi, it's reasonably clear that the offer says one must have 3+ active DD's at the time of the switch. I have 3 but one has yet to have made a payment due to the comms company concerned basically messing up last month.
Does 'active' mean some payment has had to have been made or if it's showing on there as listed will that suffice?
I guess I could always pop into my branch before Tuesday's deadline but just wondered if anyone knew.

Generally speaking, if the DD appears on your online banking then it should be good to go. Better still if you have time to allow it to pay out, but in a pinch you should be okay otherwise

I have done many switches and most of the direct debits with then have never paid out before
I switched when they were listed not before1 -
Cheers folks, looks like I'll be good to apply then. Appreciate the advice.0
