Dear Sir / Madam . Some years ago I was brain washed by a rep visiting my office that I needed Health Insurance . The NHS was quite capable of catering for all my health needs . Ive lost appx £ 25 K . I am willing to pay a fee for any agency that can help me get some money back . I have all docs to support my claim . Kind regards . (Removed by Forum Team)

Have you taken your complaint to the company in question?
Have they sent you a final "deadlock" letter?
Have you taken you case to the Financial Ombudsman?0 -

Visiting your office? So is this a personal policy or a company policy?
NHS is capable of catering for everyone's needs, the benefit of private medical insurance is the speed of service etc. You haven't "lost" £25k, you've spend £25k and have been fortunate to not need to claim. We've been less fortunate, our claims dwarf both our premiums and yours combined.0 -
Actually you have put £25K into the private healthcare company's pot and have been fortunate enough not to need it yourself - you have paid for others to have treatment.
Much the same as the NHS - we all pay varying amounts in taxes and some need more costly treatment than others0 -
Brainwashed? Was the condition head related?
Before going any further, i'd recommend using less emotional language if/when you do go ahead with your complaint. Being mis-sold products is a valid complaint, but you need to articulate why that was the case.
Have you filled a complain with the insurance company? Are they adamant that you did sign up for the insurance (I presume they are in possession of documents with your signature), and what was their response to your mis-selling claim?
What evidence is in the "supporting documents" you have to back up your claim? The knowledgable people here might be able to suggest your chances before you spend more money on a company for a service you later believe you did not require.
Did you get treatment paid for by the insurance? If so, the challenge might be that although you rightly state that the NHS could have catered for your needs, can you prove you could have received the same level of care in the same timescales? We all know the challenges on NHS resources.1 -
