Can you still view savings interest etc. reported to HRMC by providers on the Gateway site?. I’ve checked through all the past tax years showing from 19-20 onwards and cannot see any mention of savings interest just income.

No, it was removed five plus years ago. If you search MSE you can find a long thread talking about it but essentially its data was bad and people spent hours on the phone to HMRC correcting the data only to have it revert to the original, bad data.getting_close said:Can you still view savings interest etc. reported to HRMC by providers on the Gateway site?. Thanks, I did have a conversation with hmrc regarding the savings interest they had down for this tax year. Seems they must make estimated based on closed accounts as well as live accounts.
Seems a bit of a shambles. Still waiting for them to close of 23-34 tax year.0 -
It sounds like you (your tax record really) are waiting for this to take place, look for the section which mentions outstanding BBSI information.getting_close said:Thanks, I did have a conversation with hmrc regarding the savings interest they had down for this tax year.
