Lloyds switch query

Evening all. 

My partner just switched her natwest to Lloyds. She has a Lloyds credit card. She has opened up the switch as a NEW customer so got new online banking details

She has logged into her app (credit card).  Will her credit card get linked onto her new online banking or should she have clocked existing customer?

any advice would be great. Thanks!

I was in the opposite situation several years ago where I applied for a Lloyds CC whilst holding a Lloyds current account. I forgot to log into online banking when I applied so they treated me as a new customer for the CC - had to make a visit to branch to provide ID and everything. Had two online banking profiles for a little while but they got merged eventually - can't recall if I had to ask them or not, but that would be suggestion if it doesn't happen automatically
