Freetrade, Trading212 or something else for small investments into an ISA

Hi all - firstly apologies I'm not up to speed with this kind of thing so if I'm way off the mark please just shout
I've currently got a Freetrade account and I've got about £2k that I've put in it over the course of the year invested in various companies and funds. I've made about 10% over the year.
I thought that a Stocks and Shares ISA would be better for me and also there were some shares I wanted to buy that I couldn't without upgrading to the standard plan at £5.99 a month so I did that with the plan of selling all my shares and re-purchasing them in the ISA. I think it's called "bed and ISA" but from what I can tell this is a manual process that I have to do rather than something Freetrade can do.
So it got me thinking - if I'm going to do this, there's no real problem in just selling up and moving to another platform if that works better for me. Trading212 seems to be a bit cheaper and better for what I want (an ISA where I can buy some shares each month with the cash I put in). But that's about as much as I know. So if anyone has another recommendation or thinks Freetrade or 212 is a better bet that would be a big help.
Many thanks!

Yes, you can change provider with no extra effort. I use T212 and find them to be very good, and you'll save £5.99 a month.1
