Terms and conditions for the TUI BLUE Advent Wreath 2024 raffle

1. The raffle is organised by TUI Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, Karl-Wiechert-Allee 23, 30625 Hannover, Germany, hereinafter referred to as TUI BLUE. The eligibility requirements, the actions to be taken, the prize and the method of drawing the winner are set out in the raffle description and, in addition, in these Conditions of Participation.

2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands), speak German or English, and have an internet connection and a valid email address. Employees of TUI AG and TUI Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft mbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in this raffle. The same shall apply to travel agencies with TUI representation.

3. Participation is accomplished by solving the respective raffle task and registering with a valid email address. There is one raffle task to solve for each raffle period. To participate in the raffle, registration is required after solving the raffle task. For this purpose, personal data must be provided on the registration page.

4. Participation shall be independent of the booking of a trip or the purchase of other services and shall be free of charge. Participation shall be exclusively via the raffle page provided by TUI BLUE.

5. The duration of the entire raffle is from midnight on 01 December 2024 to 11:59 pm on 26 December 2024. During this period, you can take part in the raffle via the raffle page provided by TUI BLUE. The raffle is divided into different raffle periods, with each prize assigned to a specific raffle period, and participation is limited to the currently ongoing raffle period. The individual raffle periods are composed as follows:

1. Raffle period from midnight on 1 December 2024 to 11:59 pm on 7 December 2024;

2. Raffle period from midnight on 8 December 2024 to 11:59 pm on 14 December 2024;

3. Raffle period from midnight on 15 December 2024 to 11:59 pm on 21 December2024;

4. Raffle period from midnight on 22 December 2024 to 11:59 pm on 26 December 2024.
