Curry's portable dehumidifier/air con product, brand name "Logik"

does anyone know of the tech support details (phone number and/or email address) for this product? other than trying to find contact details from the Currys website. just on the off chance that......someone knows

Logik are a Curry's only brand afaik, so it will be Curry's you need to speak to. Think it's Chinese made, but only Curry's sell that brand.

thanks. yeah, after some digging I figured it was a Curry's brand name, but there seems to be absolutely zero "tech support" anywhere (other than "if it isn't working, order parts from here"). the dehumid function doesn't seem to be working, I don't think I'm pressing the wrong buttons (there aren't that many buttons). in time honoured fashion it was an ebay buy, from someone who bought it from someone on ebay. maybe it was "cheap" because it wasn't working properly. I actually bought it for the air con feature (I figure that December is a good a time as any to pick up a cheap air con unit), but the dehumid function would be useful for clothes.
