Buying a Repossessed House

Hi all,
I apologise in advance if I ramble on...
We are in the process of buying a repossessed house, everything has been moving pretty quickly up until the final enquiry was sent. We need an FME1 Pack from the other party in order for us to get a compliance certificate. I did some digging and know who the estate management company is through someone that lives in the estate already. We let the EA know as this company has taken over the previous management company within the last year so we didn't think the other parties solicitors would know this being a repo and all.
I have since contacted the estate management company asking if they had received any communication from the other party requesting this information, they have said they haven't as yet. This is frustrating as they had originally told our solicitors on the 6th November they would chase this up again, yet they haven't even contacted them.
We are so frustrated as they are not replying to phone calls or emails that are sent by the EA or our solicitors. I have even resorted to phoning Barclays bank (the house is their repossession) to see if they are able to nudge them to no avail!
Does anyone have any bright ideas as to what we can do? The whole situation is just so annoying as they stated they wanted to exchange within 28 days yet they are the ones delaying!
Thanks
