I just bought a concert ticket from ticket master as a Christmas gift for someone. I’ve never used ticket master before and now I’m worried that I’ve messed up. The confirmation states that I would need to show the ticket on my phone on the day. But the ticket is not for me, it’s for someone else. And it also states that it’s non transferable.

Have I messed up?

According to this they should have warned you the ticket was not transferable during the buying process?
