Hi am sorry I am not the best on computers, could someone tell me what to do here? I parked outside Dave Pluck in Southport, walked over the road I was only buying a sympathy card as I had just had some bad news. The lady in the shop told me to move my car as I had missed the signs. I did so and was parked for just on 6 minutes. I received a letter asking for £100. I went through there appeal and explained I was not in my right frame of mind and I had moved in 6 minutes. Also that there company had not been effected. They wrote back with another invoice for £170.00 I told them they could take me to court and I would no longer acknowledge any contact from them. They then wrote to me saying we may take you to court and to pay £170. I ignored this I have today received this letter as a pre court offer? should I just pay it? Thanks for your attention
