I'm tearing my hair out clicking every page on the club lloyds trying to access my cinema tickets. I selected the reward a few weeks ago so the reward is definitely locked in to my account, but I haven't received the tickets by email and there seems to be now way on the club lloyds website to view them! It just tells me I have 6 tickets waiting yet gives me no bloody option to access them!!
How am I supposed to access them to use them!

They email them to you. Are they in your spam box?
Have you tried logging onto the actual rewards website - it's a different one to your internet banking, they might be able to resend the emailI consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?2 -

If you still have your tickets in your inbox would you be able to tell me what the title of the email is? Im thinking maybe it isnt titled with an obvious keyword such as "lloyds" or "odeon" etc which is why I can't find it0

If you haven't received/misplaced your CL benefit welcome email, you can access your tickets by logging into the CL lifestyle benefit portal and selecting the option to resend the email, at https://www.clublloyds.com/If you've never logged in before you'll need to reset the password, and your user name will be your CL account sort code and account number (eg. for an account with sort code 11-22-33 and account number 12345678, then your username will be 11223312345678). Once logged in, under the "lifestyle benefit" tab you can request the tickets be re-sent to you by email

@PRAISETHESUN you are a legend.
Weirdly, the expiry date on the PDF is a day earlier than the expiry it shows on the website. Does yours do this?0 -

Probably doesn't really matter in the scheme of thing, but I am curious how they've managed to mess that up1
