Needed to give notice to close a 120 day notice account and Cynergy’s website was down earlier (yet again).
Tried using the app, but it won’t let you close this type of account. Phoned them – first had to repeatedly explain that you can’t do this in the app, then only to be told that if they do it, it will take 3-5 working days to action it – has nobody told them that this is the 21st century -totally unacceptable.
Thankfully the website is now back up again and I’ve been able to do it myself but will think twice before using them again.
