                    hi everyone.
So i have just applied for a mortgage with TML known as the mortgage lender with my broker via their BDM. Paid survey fee and application submitted on November 27th. Had an email today saying they’ve got all they need from me and underwriter doing their process and will give me a decision in the next 4 days or before.
And the email also said “likely will ask your broker questions which is normal and nothing to worry about”. So what do they ask, i am a FTB, excellent credit score, no loans or credit cards or any defaults ever. Very good income. Clean all round.
Does this bode well for me? My broker is very good but doesn't communicate much until when he needs to. Broker says we should be good.

How do you know your broker is very good as you've clearly no experience of getting a mortgage before??? Especially as a bad communicator.
Does this well?? Who knows?? Evidence of payments to betting sites, large withdrawals of cash, someone stole your identity & done ???
Different lenders, different processes & procedures, which keep changing ALL the time. I had a TMW mortgage (is it Nationwide?? lending to landlords??), don't recall any particular problems...0

appreciate the reply, never gambled in my life, no big outgoings, just my expenses which are normal. Never had identity stolen. Etc etc. As far as i know TML is part of Nationwide something like that.theartfullodger said:How do you know your broker is very good as you've clearly no experience of getting a mortgage before???
