PCN - Rental Car

Dear all.
I use a rental car provided by my employer, via Enterprise, whilst staying at a hotel in Peterborough for 4 nights I have received a PCN for 2 of the nights, however the car was booked in via the ipad at the reception desk. The PCN was sent directly to Enterprise, who then paid the discounted fine, therefore admitting liability. Enterprise then pass invoice me directly for payment, however this is done outside of the appeal window. I have contacted the hotel who are willing to assist in rescinding the PCN, Enterprise will cancel the invoice if the PCN is withdrawn. I have written directly to the car park operator - Civil Enforcement Ltd who have stated that as enterprise have settled the PCN's, I have no avenue of appeal. Interestingly only 1 of the 2 PCN's have the photographic evidence & covers the entire period of parking on that date, however the other has no evidence & only covers a 2hour window of the entire nights parking, therefore I believe i would have probably won my appeal. Do I have any other avenues open to me to challenge these PCN's? Many thanks

check what the hire contract with enterprise says - what it may say is that they will pay FINES etc, but what they have done is pay an invoice - you need to advise Enterprise that they have in error paid this invoice and it's their fault.1

Chargeback as an unauthorised debit.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
