You dont need those again as you already have the trial date
there is enough information in that letter1 -
I agree.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've now recieved the two missing documents - 'Notice of Allocation' and 'Notice of Trial Date' with deadline of 13th December for Witness Statement. Trial date of 6th Feb and deadline of 9th Jan for UKPC/DCB to pay trial fee of £27.Can anyone offer any sugggestions of how to approach witness statement for claim of overstay with defence of bad signage - any recent cases I should reference? Also can I ask only evidence of overstay provided is pair of photos showing car entering and exiting car park with time stamp - I asked UKPC for original image files with intact metadata as any time stamp could be added to digital image (and I'd read that there had been cases of this being wrong) but this wasn't provided - is there any argument to be made that without original images/metadata or some evidence that time stamp is accurate claimant has is no actual evidence of overstay.ALSO - I made a minor error about previous length of stay at car park in my submitted defence. Can my defence be corrected? Here are photos of signage viewed from posisition of nearest parking space and close up showing how small key text (inc duration) actually is. Any issues with signage I can/should raise in witness statement??Any suggestions gratefully recieved!

Your witness statement must back up and support, with evidence, what you put in your defence. The most recent examples of WS you can copy for style and format are: -but @Coupon-mad regularly posts updates.
You cannot change your defence without payment of a fee (£108 - I believe) but you could correct it in your WS if it is only a factual change rather than a new defence point.2 -
Thanks Le-KirkI'll review those and take a look at @Coupon-mad 's posts. The Defence error was a factual one so I'll correct it in my WS.0

Hi AgainHere's my POC - Should I be including a request to strike out the claim in my Witness Statement referencing Judge Murch (Luton) and Judge Evans (Manchester) (and similar as per other WS) based on this being too vauge?? THANKS

I don't think that's too vague.
Stating that "Parked For Longer Than The Maximum Period Permitted" seems quite clear to me.
Fascinating to see their strange use of capital letters in that phrase.3 -
Feel free to take a look at my WS too, I won on the 29th Nov2

Thanks @imulsion - I've downloaded your WS - nice and clear! - and will use it to help write mine... good to hear that your defence of bad signage was accepted as that is my main defence!

DISCONTINUENCE!I spent most of yesterday writing my WS based on all the helpful advice from this Forum with plans to revisit the car park on Tuesday to take new photos and then first thing this morning I get an email from DCB Legal - "Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file."I'm glad I don't have to waste anymore time on this - thanks for all the great advice and help from this forum.I'll let @coupon-mad issue the celebratory 5 words...!Here's the notice and email no details or reasons given...and thanks again for all the help!!
