    Evening,

Thanks again for the help with this, since submitting the defence, we have has an email from DCBLegal this week, stating the “Having reviewed the content of your defence, we write to inform you that our client intends to proceed with the claim.” We will  happily ignore this and wait for the directions questionnaire to be sent to us by the court.

    Until the next update 😀

Hi All, just a short update, we have completed mediation stage and I can now see the claim has been transferred to the local area.

Slightly concerned as this has been going on some time now the defense was submitted using the old template, but hopefully getting to the end now.

Appreciate all the help with this.

How did the mediation go? Did you get to offer £nil?

Expect the process to take another 3 to 6 months,  they usually discontinue just before the hearing fee deadline date for payment by the claimant

Wait for your court order to arrive in the post,  probably after the new year,  so 2026

Yep, all on schedule for discontinuance.

No point making claims if you're not going to discontinue at the eleventh hour.
