Zing £30 offer

How long did people wait to receive their £30 in their Zing account after their £5 spend?

I applied for the Zing card the end of October, and I made my purchase 5th November. It's now 3rd December and not received it yet. I know it said 'up to' 30 days but just wondered if anyone had received it sooner. Thanks

30 days practically to the day. You might need to wait until 5 Dec.

I opened a Zing account after reading about it, but didn't make the £5.00 purchase right away!  I forgot about it for while, but luckily checked the app, the day the £30.00 offer was due to end!

I used Topcashback to purchase a gift card and received the qualifying email on the 21 November, so I've still a few weeks wait for me!

The Zing card arrived same time as the one for my new Zopa account!

Despite using the referral link, topping up with £7 on 3 October. Spending £7 on 4th November, I still havent received £30.

I contacted Zing and they say that ive done something wrong. Which I havent.

Its gone to their higher customer service, but so far, this seems to be total con for me.

Did you get the confirmation email, after spending the £7.00?
I didn't get it right away, so thought I'd mist out.

I did the same, opened via link, funded, then left it a while, bought gift card, purchase confirmed via app! 

Is the £7.00 payment showing as complete on your account?

Same for me re no payout. Used the MSE link and opened account, spent as per terms and waited 30 days. No payment. Contacted their chat service to be advised I’d not followed the correct procedure - trash. Seems like they didn’t anticipate the pulling power of MSE and suddenly realised the cost involved from the offer. Charletons. I’ll be closing the account.

Made the required card payment on 3 Nov, received the £30 on 3 Dec

Worked for me. Opened account using the MSE link on 4 Nov, deposited and spent £5 same day. £30 received on 5 Dec. Also invited a friend on 5 Nov (who deposited and spent the same day) and we both got the reward on 6 Dec.
