Studio / Evri delivery issues

I have an issue with what seems to be theft of items from parcels from Studio delivered by Evri , i ordered three items and have to say Evri have delivered parcels , but always missing items
The first parcel was a pair of trainers on its own and the parcel had been taped up and was missing two items , the trainers box had obviously been opened and items removed and put back in , so possibly damage in transit - but no conformation from Evri I have raised cases with both Evri and Studio
Got some good service from studio and was offered a 10% discount from next order and free postage , items were re-sent
Replacement Package arrives with only one of the two items , it again was taped up to hide the fact that the Studio package had been ripped open - both packages were minus any paperwork
Waiting on Studio customer services and have requested if another courier could be used , has anyone had repeated missing items like this on the same order ?
Evri say they have checked for the missing items and can't find them / talk to Studio but on these deliveries someone somewhere seems to be intercepting and removing items

It isn't just Evri but seems to be happening across all couriers so you only need to read the news to understand how bad it is. Suppose it is possible that sometimes items may not have been put into the parcel box when they are picked and packaged but I personally have never had that happen to me and from what you describe, it sounds like someone has opened the box and resealed it.
I would be surprised if Studio agree to using another courier not least without charging you for the privilege and there is no guarantee that it will not happen in the future. I've been a victim to this sometimes and I've since invested in a doorbell camera so that for any parcels of a relatively significant value, I can set the camera to recorder before I open the door and then I open the parcel there and then, with or without the delivery person being there - that way I have a continuous recording as evidence if any items are missing.
It's not perfect, but it works for me. You can also video record the opening of the box and ask the courier to hang on for a minute but they have no obligation to do that, especially if the delivery person is acting shifty and doesn't want to hang about.
Regardless, consumer rights are in your favour as the risk is on the retailer until the goods are delivered into your physical possession.
