Sent money to NS&I as Bill Payment instead of Funds Transfer how do I get it back!

Hi problem solved ! 
My account shows that the Bill payments were sent back !
TRANSACTION DETAILS
Status
SETTLED
Transaction type
Unpaid - NS+I DIRECT SAVER UNP 
Payment Returned: Sort Code / Account N umber Unknown
I will delete the original post shortly as no need for it to remain!

    Did you provide the correct account reference when you transferred the money? 

    Though who actually transferred the money your family or you? 

    How large was the deposit?

    If the money hasn't been returned to the originating account, then the only people that will be able to help you sort this out are NS&I so you need to get in touch with them ASAP.
