What are the risks involved buying a chalet bungalow with exterior pine cladding walls . I really like it and just wondered what I need to know coat of removing eventually . I’m a cash buyer.

Do you know what exact timber it is?
Is it 'raw' or visibly coated? When was it fitted? Who fitted it? Can you find out what treatment it's had, and how to maintain it?
If it's truly 'pine', raw, and largely untreated, then a spray of timber preserver every couple of years, followed by possibly a coat of oil, should make it last decades.
What colour is it at the moment - weathered grey?0
