Meter was replaced on 1st April 2025 but as of today they still haven't got it working. They s3nf me these screenshot, I don't know if anyone knows enough to express an opinion. It seems to they're going round in circles trying and retrying in case it magically works.
Lastest talk is about allowing six week, then arranging an onsite appointment, which will be the fourth. I'm pressing them to make that appointment now, since it takes four to twelve weeks from the decision in any case.
