octopus statement

Options
hi all any advice its nothing big just curious
since ive been with octopus the 1st few months putting actual readings makes an avg bill so ive left it for smart readings and its been working exactly as it should readings end of every month and billed in a cpl of days from 1st-end of month is my billing date
so today statement is ready online im thinking they have made this super quick its normally about the 4th it turns up, so im looking at it and its not telling me my start and end reading for the month which it has on other bills
its telling me exact usage inc full half hourly usage as i am on agile and its not avg out
i dont want to put a reading in as it always generate a bill sometimes avg
so will my next bill in jan be read and figures on show saying smart reading

They don't show start and finish readings on Agile as you have every half-hour individually calculated and listed on your bill.

I had my worst month ever, at 23p, mainly because I had a heat pump installed so had less control over when I was using electricity. Still beat the SVT, though! Usually I pay between 30% and 50% less than the SVT, so just a blip in the grand scheme of things.
