Fixed rate vs flexible rate

I’m currently with octopus on flexible rate economy 7 .
I’m sorry I am autistic and dyslexic and the numbers confuse me.

Would it be cheaper for me to be on a fixed flat rate or flexible with day and night rates ?

It depends on your ratio of off-peak to on peak usage is. If you are not using more than 50% off-peak then you may be better off on a single rate.1

So you can work out your best tariff by comparing the historic cost of A vs B on a daily, weekly and monthly basis without inputting any numbers.1 -
