Raisin (Clearbank) bank statements

Hi, does anyone else bank with Clearbank, via the Raisin platform and receive bank statements which do not show their bank balance?

I use Raisin regularly so I therefore use Clearbank as well. I see no point in having any money held in clearbank. Any balance is there either just before I withdraw it or just before it's placed in a savings account. Rest of the time the balance held is zero cos they don't pay interest.1
