Armtac PCN

Options
Hello,
I am hoping for some advice on a PCN received.
I paid for parking via the JustPark app, I came back to my car with a PCN attached to it. I appealed this, providing the proof that I had paid. I didn't hear anything back for a while and after sending numerous chase up emails I finally got a response back saying that they declined my appeal. The reason they declined it is because I was not displaying a ticket. I explained that I was not displaying a ticket as I paid on the app. Armtac said they would no longer discuss this with me and that if it remains unpaid it would be passed onto a legal team and I have not had a response since. The same day I raised an appeal with IAS, even though by this stage I was out of date. Their response was that the operator had followed procedure and they closed the case. The next day I received contact from BW legal to advise it was now with them and I would now have to pay £160. I reopened the appeal with IAS, as felt this was unfair and their response was to contact the IPC. I cannot find anything on their website or anyway to contact them. It also states on their website that they don't deal with individual PCN's. So I am just stuck as to what to do. I don't feel I should have to pay this. Also I am nearly 34 weeks pregnant, the last thing I need before going onto maternity pay is a court case and hefty fines.

Any suggestions on how I could get this resolved ASAP without allowing it to escalate?
Thank you

It cannot be resolved quickly, this will drag on until Armtrac sue you in court, if it gets that far, there are no quick fixes apart from emptying your purse ( not recommended. )

why would you waste your time with the IAS
It doesnt matter if it does escalate, perfectly normal to get a court claim
wait until you get a court claim and deal with it then

    Thirded.

Ignore it.  Tell them if you move house though!

Armtrac hardly ever sue and if they do, defending is EASIER than IAS.  Do not evenbotger to use that.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
