My garage has a flat roof made of slabs. It is also the patio of my garden. It has been leaking rain water. What kind of builders should I hire to fix the problem? I was on PCA website and was disappointed. Most of them only deal with businesses but not homeowners. I guess my job is not big enough for them.

You don't want any PCA affiliated company working on your property - The PCA is that outfit promoting stuff like spray foam insulation and questionable damp "treatments".

For a flat roof, look for a roofing company that does that sort of thing. There are plenty of small and large firms doing that sort of thing.

What is the roof of your garage made out of? If I understand correctly the roof becomes your patio from the garden. I'd be looking for a hot melt contractor if you want to guarantee it's waterproofed and put the slabs back down. You can also insulate the garage roof at the same time
