    So I finally got a response from the court which reads as follows:

     

    “Apologies for the delay, I’ve had a look and can see the case file was physically never sent to <local court name>. I have requested this to be sent over, please allow a few weeks for them to action this.


    I wonder if they’d forgotten about it after the last correspondence? N180 questionnaire was returned on 26th January and I assume a case would normally be heard within nine months of that date?

    Wait for a directions court order from your local civil court 
  • Court hearing date finally received and set for 11th November 2025. DCB legal have until 14th October to pay the hearing fee.

    ”Without prejudice” email offer received.
