Late Husbands Pension

Hi, just wondering if anyone can advise on the following?
My husband passed away in 1998 at the age of 35 years, I currently work part time and also receive Widows Pension which was awarded in 1998.
I am hoping to finish work in 2029 when I will be able to claim state pension.
I presume my Widows Pension will end once I am claiming state pension ?
I would also like to know if I am entitled to any of my late husbands state pension that he would have received ?
Trying to plan ahead as time flies, I will be most grateful if anyone can give me any information regarding the above.

This should clarify in terms of state pension: https://www.gov.uk/new-state-pension

If you are receiving a widow's pension in respect of any private pension arrangement to which your husband belonged, that isn't likely to be affected just because you reach state pension age, but checking with the pension provider (if any) would set your mind at rest.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

As Marcon states, a widows/spousal pension is usually for the rest of your life. It is the first thing you should confirm with the scheme and hopefully straight forward information to find out.
All the best in your final few years before your retirement.  :)

Whether you can inherit any of your late husband's state pension depends on the year in which it would be payable.  The rules changed pre and post April 2016.

In your case, from the figures you give, you dont reach State Pension Age until 2029 which is about when your husband would have reached SPA.  Under these circumstances, if you did not remarry in the meantime, you would be due part of his Additional State Pension (ASP, S2P, SERPS), but nothing else.  The exact amount depends on the  details of his NI contributions.  I guess it wont be much.
