Any unauthorised staff filling out MCOL and submitting it, with the statement of truth in the solicitors name, is conducting litigation which is is not possible (and actually criminal conduct) and can not be "supervised" since the Mazur ruling.
I don't think you need to elaborate about that. But in fact, yours isn't signed by a solicitor if it has Sarah Ensall's name.

it's too much detail at this stage.  Try this instead:

    3. This location is poorly signposted and appears to form part of the adopted road "Gaumont Approach".  Any contravention on the public highway should be enforced by a Traffic Warden or Civil Enforcement Officer, not this Claimant.  The Claimant's signage is "forbidding" and unable to form any contract with the driver, therefore there has been no breach of contract and there is no cause for a claim to be issued.

Thank you very much. Does the addition in bold add anything?

Is it worth mentioning the litigant in person, and use of publicly available materials, in Para 1 or 2?

That's a good addition.  I wouldn't bother mentioning that you're a LiP - this will be obvious to the judge.
What materials are you referring to?  Any evidence can wait for the Witness Statement if needed.
