Yes you can set the toilet to the height you want. The clearance underneath should be fine if your lifting the toilet higher than standard height.The distance between the toilet and the flush plate will always be the same whatever height you set the pan at. When you raise or lower the frame the whole thing lifts up, it slides up and down on the legs fitted to the floor.Looking at the picture the toilet seat will cover the flush plate when lifted up . You could probably work out the clearance under the toilet from the drawings, difficult for me to do as I’m using my phone.Work out the height by working from the centre of the pan connector on both drawings1
